"Re: NEW: Three police officers killed as truck bomb targets station in Mosul"

"Under the conditions of his release, the singer must report regularly to see a judge, must undergo therapy and cannot speak publicly about or publish any songs or audiovisual works touching on his crime. The measures will be in force until July 2010.
We have drawn conclusions from what happened in previous years," Tymoshenko said in remarks confirmed by her office. "We firmly know what to do, we firmly know how, and with which team.
The two blocs were central to the 2004 protests against electoral fraud that swept Yushchenko to power in peaceful upheaval known as the Orange Revolution. But the team shattered when he fired Tymoshenko as premier after seven months in office.
Her divorce attorney, Laura Wasser, resigned last month as her legal representative after telling reporters the singer "just wants to be a mom."
LOS ANGELES, California (CNN) -- Pop star Britney Spears turned herself in to be booked on charges stemming from an August fender bender, police said.
The two parties also missed a chance to form the government together following the March 2006 parliamentary election, disappointing supporters.
The signing appeared to be a response to Yushchenko's tacit endorsement of the so-called Orange coalition. Yushchenko urged the two forces to quickly form a cabinet. We have no time to waste, we have a number of urgent matters on the agenda," Yushchenko told Tymoshenko and the leaders of his bloc, according to the presidential Web site.
TOULOUSE, France (AP) -- French rock star Bertrand Cantat, convicted for beating his actress girlfriend to death, left prison Tuesday after spending four years behind bars.Former prime minister Yulia Tymoshenko (left) has received support from Ukranian President Yushchenko
"
